1. Services Offered

Repair My Appliance provides appliance inspection, repair, installation, and maintenance services through independent technicians. Services are subject to availability, location, and confirmation.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Service requests can be placed via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Booking confirmation does not guarantee immediate service unless explicitly stated.

  • Technician visit timing is tentative and may change due to traffic, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Inspection & Diagnosis Charges

  • Inspection/visiting charges may apply and will be informed before or during the visit.

  • Diagnosis charges are non‑refundable once the technician visits.

  • Repair costs are quoted after inspection and require customer approval.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices vary depending on appliance type, issue, spare parts, and labor involved.

  • Payment must be made immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept UPI, cash, bank transfer, or other supported payment methods.


5. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • Spare parts used may be original or compatible, depending on availability and customer preference.

  • Warranty (if applicable) is limited to up to 120 days on service or spare parts unless stated otherwise.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, power issues, water damage, or normal wear and tear.


6. Service Warranty Limitations

Warranty becomes void if:

  • Appliance is misused or handled by an unauthorized person.

  • Appliance is relocated or altered after service.

  • Issues arise due to voltage fluctuation, pest infestation, or external damage.


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule before technician dispatch.

  • Cancellation after technician dispatch may attract a visiting charge.

  • No refunds once service has been delivered.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact, address, and appliance details.

  • Ensure safe access to the appliance.

  • Supervise children and pets during service.


9. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for pre‑existing appliance conditions.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the service amount paid.


10. Third‑Party Technicians

  • Technicians may be third‑party professionals.

  • Repair My Appliance acts as a service facilitator and is not liable for technician negligence beyond service scope.


11. Brand Affiliation & Authorization Disclaimer

  • Repair My Appliance is an independent appliance repair service provider.

  • We are NOT an authorized service center, partner, agent, or affiliate of any appliance brand or manufacturer.

  • All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the website are used only for identification and reference purposes.

  • We do not claim any official association with brands such as LG, Samsung, IFB, Bosch, Whirlpool, or any other manufacturer.


12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and graphics are the property of Repair My Appliance and may not be reused without written permission.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer information.


13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or submit false service requests.

  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality.


14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.


15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
